Good place with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff helped me return sim cards I left behind, which speaks volumes. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

Staff Set the Tone for Fun

The staff was friendly, greeting us with smiles every day. The rooftop bar had fantastic views, and the breakfast spread was deliciously diverse!

It affected our overall stay experience.

The rooms are great. And the staff were courteous.

The communication between the front desk and the kitchen. I paid for breakfast on arrival and this information was not transmitted to the kitchen so each morning I get asked to pay. Second, I paid for my lunch the meals were billed to my room again.

Everything was great, so were lovely views of the park. The location was very central, adjacent to Ya Ya center which is nice as well as the terminal...

We made wonderful family memories at the hotel. The staff arranged an excursion to Nairobi National Park and the Giraffe Centre, which let us see some very nice wildlife up close. Our room was comfortable.

In my wife's opinion, more baby-friendly facilities would enhance the experience.

Management slow to address issues and provide satisfactory compensation!!! Cleanliness could use serious improvement amidst rising informal businesses nearby!!! A little sprucing up would go a long way!!!

The clean rooms provided a cute atmosphere for relaxation. The variety of breakfast options exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room. It added a nice touch to my stays. Their coffee was great, a perfect start to the day.

The check-in process was slower than anticipated, which detracted slightly from my arrival experience.

Some minor maintenance issues in the room were noticeable.

Staying at four points was a delight! The room was cozy and situated conveniently close to the airport. Room service was really good. They even made me dawa tea for my sore throat, which helped a lot. The staff was friendly and eager to assist.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The hotel organized an excursion for us to Nairobi National Park and the Giraffe Centre, showcasing amazing wildlife. The heated pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Breakfast was a treat, with lots of tasty options. Highly recommend using the hotel taxi service for nearby spots.

We did have a hiccup with check-in. It took longer than expected despite our reservation being in the system.

The location is convenient, not far from the main attractions.
